🛡️ ETIQUETTE FOR USING OFFICIAL UMPSA EMAIL

We would like to inform all UMPSA email users that in order to ensure smooth internal communication and safeguard the organisation's information security, it is mandatory to adhere to the following corporate email usage etiquette:


1. Prohibition of Repeated Email Sending (Spamming)
🔁 Sending repeated or mass emails (spamming) to group email addresses is strictly PROHIBITED.
⚠️ This may disrupt the university’s email system and interfere with others’ work.


🔒 2. Restricted Access to Group Emails
👥 UMPSA group email access is limited to authorised users only.
📧 Only approved and registered accounts may send messages.
🚫 Do NOT share group email access or content with external parties without formal approval.


⚖️ Disciplinary Action
📌 Any violation of these rules may lead to disciplinary action in line with UMPSA ICT security policies.
